Susan Hubbard Chief Executive Officer Co-President Susan Hubbard has fifteen years of hands-on experience planning, developing and financing recycling programs and infrastructure. She has served as president of the National Recycling Coalition and is a respected voice on recycling policy nationwide.

Tim Brownell Chief Operating Officer Co-President Tim Brownell has directed recycling operations in both collections and processing in communities ranging from San Francisco to Ann Arbor over the course of a 20-year career in recycling.
