If you don’t live in Saint Paul, see the Ramsey County A to Z Disposal Guide or call your city to inquire about community cleanup events.
Neighborhood cleanups are one-day events that occur that occur in the spring or fall in most Saint Paul neighborhoods. Cleanups allow Saint Paul residents to get rid of hard to dispose of items at a lower cost than what they would pay at a transfer station or other private business. Eureka Recycling works with Saint Paul’s district councils to promote recycling and reuse at cleanups, diverting about half of collected materials from disposal.
Residents can only bring items to the cleanup in their own neighborhood.
Use the map below to determine which neighborhood or district you live in, then check the list below to see if a cleanup has been scheduled in your neighborhood. For details on fees charged and items accepted, call your district council.

If you are not sure which neighborhood you live in, contact us and we can give you the contact information for your Community Council.

Most downtown residents live in apartments or condominiums. The Capitol River District 17 Council, (651) 221-0488, does not organize a neighborhood cleanup.
