At Your Building

Apartments, townhomes and condos in Saint Paul with more than ten units are provided with an apartment recycling service. Currently, Saint Paul's recycling program is provided by an assessment on the Saint Paul property tax, so there's no additional cost to you to set up recycling at your building.

Buildings with ten or fewer units are provided with curbside recycling services.

Recycling is a Great Way to Reduce Waste and Save Money!

Eureka Recycling and the city of Saint Paul offer recycling pick-up service for all residences in Saint Paul, including apartment buildings, at no charge. Providing recycling service to residents is a great way to reduce trash hauling costs for large buildings. It is also required by law.

Recycling Services for Multifamily Apartment Buildings

Recycling collection can be customized to serve your building's needs. Ninety-gallon carts are available for cans, glass, newspaper and mixed paper. Dumpsters can be provided if your building produces large amounts of corrugated cardboard.

Apartment Managers/Owners: Contact us to arrange a site visit at your property. Our multifamily coordinator will help you decide where to locate your bins, provide educational brochures and posters, and initiate your recycling service.

Residents: The cooperation of apartment owners and managers is necessary to begin recycling service. Talk to the representative at your building or contact us, and we'll talk to them for you. If you do not currently have recycling service at your building, you can still recycle through the curbside recycling program or by using our recycling drop-off site.
